To close out the last of the Black Mills Sessions 2024, the society is delighted to host Ben Collins. Ben is a singer/songwriter from Templemore. His love for music and song started from a young age through his involvement in Scór competitions and school musicals. Ben’s passion for music and song has followed on from there and he now gigs in local venues and is a member of the Thurles Musical Society. He has performed at festivals such as ‘Hoolie in the Hills’ and ‘Devil’s bit music festival’. Ben enjoys playing songs from various genres such as Irish folk, popular and everything in between!
